What is the best cheapest camera that is good to film skateboarding?

I need an afordable nice camera that has a strap on the top of it and is great to film skate videos!|||You'll get more and better responses if you repost your question in the Camcorder area.|||lCanon A-570 or 580 films at 30 frames per-second. Maybe ebay has one second hand??
