I would recommend that rather than paying someone to film you or on buying expensive equipment, you get out there and market yourself. Go to the big comps, get to know people who run companies, maybe small ones to start...local skate shops, etc. Get yourself some exposure.
Just remember how huge the skateboarding industry is and try to imagine how many videos these guys get of kids every day. Make sure that your skating will stand out and speak for itself!
As for the angles, it all depends on what you are doing. It usually looks better when you are being followed, but the angles all depend on what you are skating. Again, the tricks should say it all.
Good luck!|||dude when your done making video, send it to the main skateboard distributors. this site has all the contact info for the major brands http://skateboarddistributors.blogspot.com/
