What are some of the different areas of film?

I am going to write a paper on film and my teacher asked me what area of film i was going to write it on. Does anyone know some different areas of film?|||Different areas could mean different phases of production, which would be: pre-production, production, and post-production. It could also mean different genres like: horror, drama, comedy, dramedy, romance, period, epic, thriller, biopic, or science fiction (and there are more, too). Another thing that your teacher could have meant was what job are you writing about, these could be: director, producer, actor, writer, editor, etc.





I think you need to ask your teacher to be more specific or give you an example of what she wants. I have no idea which one of those she is asking you to write about.|||There's film production where you have the crew who make the movie like the Director, Producer, Associate Producer, etc etc and then there's the actors %26amp; actresses who are in the movie. There's post-production where they do editing and special effects and stuff like that and there's other elements that go into it like marketing/PR, awards ceremonies etc etc
