What is the best college to get a degree in film?

I'm looking for a college that can get me a masters degree in film directing. I want to go in a youtuber, and come out a professional.|||Try Queens university, belfast|||UCLA has a really good film studies program..it is in LA after all...|||USC or Chapman are two of the best.
